We are looking for a recruitment manager (M/F);
Your main missions will combine recruitment, administrative management and monitoring of temporary workers:
Recruitment :
- Monitor the job market (needs in terms of resources and qualifications, changes in professions)
- Participation in local economic and institutional networks (public employment service, local authorities, etc.).
- Agency business development
- Order processing & building customer loyalty
- Job visits and formalization of job descriptions
- Analysis and qualification of the position: work environment, hierarchy, missions and tasks, skills required, employment conditions (hourly rate, packed lunch, etc.), with the customer or sales representative.
- Evaluation and selection of profiles (based on CVs) in line with the position: taking into account customer and candidate requirements.
Administrative management
- Informal exchanges (customers, temps)
- Candidate registration: full information on temporary worker status, regulations, conditions of employment with the agency (CE, advance payments), etc., collection of documents required to complete the file (ID card, CV, proof of address, etc.), performance of associated administrative tasks (scanning of documents, data entry into the agency’s tool, etc.).
- Transmission of information to agency assistant
Monitoring temporary workers :
- Pre-selection of candidates: first interview to validate the suitability of candidates for inclusion in the agency’s file of candidates: brief questioning on job(s), qualifications, availability, recent experience, ID check…
- Accompaniment :
- Manage logistics for the arrival of foreign workers: transport, accommodation equipment, vehicles, etc.
- Management of down payment requests
- Accompaniment to appointments (e.g. banking, medical)
In this position, you will mainly be on the move, both for our temps and for our customers: Western France.
Your remuneration: according to your profile and experience.
